Return Policy for JSA Marine Services

  1. Return Period

Thank you for shopping at JSA Marine Services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return the item within 30 days from the date you received it.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at james@jsamarineservices.com. Provide your order number, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email a tjames@jsamarineservices.com and send your item to the specified address.

  1. Restocking Fee

We may charge a restocking fee for returned items.
